1 Introduction

0k77 (referred to throughout this document as "0k77", "the Platform", "we", "us" or "our") is an online betting and casino entertainment platform operated for adult users located in Bangladesh and other permitted jurisdictions. The Platform provides access to sports betting markets — including cricket, snooker, and other international sports — as well as live casino games, slot titles, and specialty games such as Limbo.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern all access to and use of the 0k77 Platform, including all accounts, deposits, wagers, withdrawals, bonuses, promotions and customer interactions. 3 Eligibility

Where local legislation specifies a higher minimum age, the higher threshold applies.

Age Verification. 0k77 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any stage, including before processing any withdrawal. Acceptable identification documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence issued by the Government of Bangladesh. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of age within the period specified by 0k77 may result in account suspension and forfeiture of any account balance.

Geographic Eligibility. The Platform is intended for use by players located in Bangladesh. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the 0k77 Platform complies with any laws applicable in your jurisdiction. 0k77 accepts no liability for any regulatory consequences arising from your use of the Platform in a jurisdiction where such use may be restricted.

Excluded Persons. The following persons are not eligible to register or maintain an active account on 0k77:

• Persons under 21 years of age;
• Persons who have previously been self-excluded from 0k77 during an active exclusion period;
• Employees, contractors or agents of 0k77 or its affiliated companies, as well as their immediate family members;
• Persons identified by 0k77 as acting in bad faith, engaging in fraud, or attempting to exploit the Platform in any manner.

4 Account Registration

Single Account Policy. Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) active account on the 0k77 Platform at any time. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 0k77 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void associated wagers, and forfeit any balances held in those accounts.

Registration Information. You must provide accurate, current and complete information when registering your account. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name as it appears on government-issued identification, your date of birth, a valid mobile phone number registered in Bangladesh, and a unique password of your choosing.

Account Verification (KYC). 0k77 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in accordance with its commitment to responsible gaming and the prevention of fraudulent activity. You may be required to submit identity verification documents at any time, including before your first withdrawal is processed. Account functionality may be restricted until KYC requirements are satisfied.

It is your responsibility to keep your registered contact details — including your mobile number — current and accurate at all times. 0k77 will use the registered mobile number and email address as the primary channels for account communications, security alerts and promotional notifications.

5 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 0k77 account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party, nor allow any other person to access or use your account.

All activity conducted through your account — including all bets placed, deposits made and withdrawals requested — is deemed to have been authorised by you. 0k77 accepts no responsibility for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain appropriate security of your credentials.

If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 0k77 immediately by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon receiving such a notification, 0k77 will take reasonable steps to investigate the matter and may temporarily suspend the account pending investigation.

0k77 reserves the right to require additional identity verification at any time if unusual account activity is detected. This may include requests to confirm your registered mobile number, submit identification documents, or verify recent transaction history.

6 Deposits

Accepted Payment Methods. 0k77 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa and Mastercard. All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Transaction limits, processing times and any applicable fees vary by payment method and will be displayed at the time of deposit.

Own Funds Only. You may only deposit funds from a payment account or card that is registered in your own name. Failed Deposits. 0k77 is not responsible for delays or failures caused by your payment provider, mobile financial service, or bank. No Deposit Interest. Funds held in your 0k77 account do not earn interest under any circumstances.

7 Withdrawals

Withdrawal Methods. Withdrawals may be requested to the same bKash, Nagad, Rocket or Upay account used for your most recent deposit, subject to verification. Withdrawal to Visa or Mastercard cards is available subject to the payment provider's policies and 0k77's verification requirements at the time of the request.

Verification Requirement. All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. 0k77 reserves the right to request KYC documentation — including proof of identity and proof of payment method ownership — before releasing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will not be processed until all outstanding verification requirements are met.

Withdrawal Limits. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are specified on the cashier page and may be updated from time to time. Any withdrawal requests that fall below the minimum threshold or exceed the maximum will not be processed until the amount is adjusted to fall within the permitted range.

Processing Times. 0k77 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within the timeframe displayed at the time of the request. Processing times may vary based on payment method, verification status and transaction volume. 0k77 does not guarantee a specific processing time and accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party payment providers.

Withdrawal of Bonus Funds. Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus play cannot be withdrawn until the applicable rollover requirements have been fully met. Withdrawal requests submitted before rollover conditions are satisfied will be declined or the bonus component may be removed.

8 Bonuses & Promotions

0k77 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback offers and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All such offers are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside the promotion, including rollover multipliers, minimum odds requirements, time limits, game eligibility restrictions and maximum withdrawal caps on bonus-derived winnings.

General bonus rules applicable across all 0k77 promotions include the following:

• Bonuses are available to one account per household, device, IP address, and payment method. Multiple accounts claiming the same bonus will have the bonus voided.

9 Betting Rules

Bet Acceptance. All bets placed on 0k77 are subject to the Platform's betting rules and are not confirmed until a bet reference number has been generated and displayed. 0k77 reserves the right to refuse, limit or void any bet at its sole discretion, including in cases where odds were published in error, where the relevant market has been suspended, or where the wager exceeds stated stake limits.

Odds & Prices. All odds displayed on the 0k77 Platform are subject to change prior to bet acceptance. The odds applicable to your bet are those displayed and confirmed at the precise moment your bet is accepted and a reference number is issued. Subsequent odds movements do not affect accepted bets.

Errors & Obvious Mistakes. Where an event outcome, odds or market result is published as a result of a technical error or an obvious pricing mistake, 0k77 reserves the right to correct the error and recalculate affected bets using the correct outcome or price. Players will be notified of any such correction via their registered contact details.

Cricket Betting Specific Rules. For cricket markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments and Bangladesh Tigers bilateral series:

• In-play markets are suspended during review periods as determined by 0k77;
• Matches that are abandoned or reduced in scope due to weather, venue or other operational factors will be settled according to the official result or, where no official result exists, will be voided;
• Super Over results are considered a continuation of the match outcome and are included in match-winner settlement unless otherwise stated.

Maximum Payout. Cumulative payouts per player per day are subject to a maximum limit as specified in the Platform's cashier rules. Bets that form part of an accumulator or parlay are also subject to maximum payout limits per ticket.

10 Casino Games

0k77 reserves the right to report any suspected illegal activity — including money laundering, fraud or underage gambling — to the relevant authorities without prior notice to the account holder.

12 Responsible Gaming

13 Suspension & Account Closure

Closure by 0k77. 0k77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time and without prior notice where it reasonably determines that:

• The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• The account holder has engaged in or is suspected of engaging in fraudulent, dishonest or unlawful conduct;
• The account was opened using false or unverifiable personal information;
• Continued operation of the account presents a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other players;
• The account holder has failed to complete required KYC verification within the specified timeframe.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account — including pending withdrawals — may be forfeited by 0k77 in its absolute discretion.

Closure by the Player. Players wishing to close their account voluntarily may do so by contacting support at [email protected]. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be refunded to the player's verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus balances and any winnings generated from bonus play that have not met rollover requirements will not be refunded.

Inactive Accounts. Accounts that have had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months are considered inactive. 0k77 reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee and, ultimately, to close inactive accounts after reasonable prior notice to the registered contact details.

14 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 0k77 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive losses or damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Service interruptions, Platform downtime, or technical errors outside of 0k77's reasonable control;

• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials;
• Incorrect odds published as a result of technical error, corrected in accordance with Section 9 of these Terms.

0k77 does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Platform and accepts no liability for any loss suffered as a result of temporary unavailability of services for maintenance, technical upgrades or circumstances beyond 0k77's control, including but not limited to power outages, internet service disruptions, or acts of government.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit 0k77's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

15 Intellectual Property

All content published on the 0k77 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, software and the overall design and layout of the Platform — is the property of 0k77 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Reproduce, copy, distribute or commercially exploit any portion of the Platform or its content;
• Use automated tools to scrape, harvest or extract data from the Platform;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile or disassemble any software component of the Platform;
• Use the 0k77 brand name, logo or trademarks without express written permission from 0k77.

Game content displayed on the Platform remains the intellectual property of the respective game providers — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi and others — and is subject to their own intellectual property rights and licensing arrangements.

16 Privacy & Data
